Sunroom Store - Newstead’s new kid to the block!, located on the ground level of Brisbane’s iconic Newstead Studios. Sunroom Store is the gold mine for not only incredible Black Lab Coffee and decadent delights to snack on, it also is home to all things wares, pantry items, beautiful coffee table books and Prints from their latest Artists and Photographers.

Mōdiv was initially engaged to manage Sunroom’s social media account and project manage everything to do with socials, from photo shoots to content creation and copywriting. With time we looked for avenues to grow Sunroom Store, so we thought we would take it up a notch and create and online store - why not?! Mōdiv was able to engage with photoshoot creative direction and management, copywriting, EDM production and online store creation. We cannot wait to see what levels Sunroom Store reaches through this new digital platform.
